Urban Hunny does not offer refunds. Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of merchandise ship date for domestic delivery. Once the 14 days have passed or if the items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached, items unworn, unwashed, without perfumes/scents on the fabric), unfortunately, we can not issue store credit. Final sale items (marked down products), bodysuits, accessories, and intimates cannot be returned or refunded. To complete your return, please also include the provided invoice that came with your package. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. When shipping a returned item, consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. It is not guaranteed that we will receive your returned item.

To ensure the highest quality products, all items are individually and carefully inspected for any defects before being shipped out. In the unlikely event that your garment is defective, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your item. Upon return, we will assess the defect. We will send an email once your returned item has been received and inspected and with the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, you will receive an email with store credit in the original amount of your purchased item(s).
Unfortunately, all marked down sale items are final (along with bodysuits, accessories, and intimates) and cannot be returned for store credit of any kind.
If you are located in the US, you are eligible for free shipping if your total exceeds $75, that is before shipping and taxes are applied. Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours if placed before 2PM on business days (M-F). Orders placed on weekends (including holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours starting on the next business day.
Urban Hunny is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, import duties, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for these charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. These charges are not included in the cost of the order and/or shipping charges. Customs fees and taxes can differ depending on the country and state of shipment. We recommend contacting your local customs office about applicable taxes and customs.

Please contact your local postal service for help on recovering any packages that were reported delivered via tracking information. Due to different qualities in computer screens, some garments may appear a slightly different shade than they actually are.
